Sauteed Collard Greens with Garlic

Instructions
  1. Clean and pick greens from the steam and ribs.
  2. In saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Cook garlic for about 2-3 minutes. Move garlic around the pan, until golden. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, and cook for a few seconds.
  4. Toss in collard greens and 1 teaspoon onion salt.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add vegetable broth, and steam, covered until greens are just tender and water desiccates. This process should take only about 5-8 minutes.
  6. Serve with any dish. Garnish with a tomato.
