Juices are an excellent alternative for those who suffer from stomach issues, as the juice is more easily digested than whole fruits and vegetables. Take a shot a day!
Prepare face mask:
Remove the pit from the avocado.
Using a spoon, loosen the skin all the way around, and scoop out the flesh. Mash your avocado until it attains a creamy texture.
Stir in the honey, evenly combining with the avocado.
Note: Using a spatula is much easier when mixing.
Add the yogurt into the honey and avocado.
Continue mixing until all ingredients are combined.
Note: Take your time and combine all ingredients smoothly until you reach a creamy-textured cream.
With a brush or your fingertips, gently apply the mixture onto your face and neck.
Note: I recommend applying two layers to the face.
Let the mask sit on your skin for 10-15 minutes.
Once dry, thoroughly rinse off the mask with lukewarm water.
Pat dry your face with a soft washcloth.
Enjoy smoother and softer skin.
